Juniper Apartments, a 10-unit affordable housing apartment complex, was in a deteriorated state when the City provided critical funding to Housing Humboldt to rehabilitate the units.

Creamery Row Townhouse Project

Creamery Row provides new housing for lower income families.  The project is a collaboration between the Danco Group and six other partners, including State of California Housing Tax Credit funding. The City of Arcata provided funding for offsite improvements.

Arcata Bay Crossing - Homeless Transitional Housing

Arcata Bay Crossing (ABC) is a transitional homeless shelter that provides housing for up to 40 homeless adults. The City of Arcata provided funding for the off-site improvements.  ABC is managed by Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation.
