Ordinance No. 1487 was adopted at the November 1, 2017 City Council Meeting.  The ordinance took effect December 1, 2017..

Notice of Allowable Increase

A Notice of Allowable Rent Increase was issued on February 6, 2023.  

Park owner's may increase rents by the cap of 5% after giving 90-day notice to the affected mobilehome owner and filing notice with the City Manager.  

Park Owner Registration Forms

Park owners are required to submit registration forms and rent schedules by the end of May annually.  Registration forms can be sent to Jennifer Dart at jdart@cityofarcata.org or turned in to the Community Development Department at City Hall.

Mobilehome Affordability Strategy Study

The Arcata Mobilehome Affordability Strategies Study was adopted by the City Council on April 19, 2017.
